The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all products. Our return policy is as follows:
If the product is damaged in some
way during shipping or if you are not satisfied with the product
you must contact Bahia Brazilian Swimwear
by e-mail or phone within seven days of receiving the product to make
arrangements. Bahia
Brazilian Swimwear is not responsible for return shipping fees. We
may, in extraneous circumstances, compensate for shipping costs at our
own judgment of an issue.
All returned items must be intact
with the tag still attached and the hygienic protection sticker in place.
Returned items can be exchanged for
an alternate item of the same price or the same item with different sizing
(as long as that particular product is still available). If the size
is no longer available you may select a different item of the same price
or you will be issued a credit with Bahia Brazilian Swimwear to be redeemed
when an item you desire is available.
Bahia Brazilian Swimwear does not
refund money for goods returned. You may exchange for an item
of the same value or we will issue a credit for a future purchase. We
reserve the right to refund all or a portion of money on returned goods based
on our judgment of a particular issue.
